Ken Witherspoon has been selling real estate since 1973 dealing with every kind of property, but mostly farms and ranches. Having lived in farming and ranching area all his life, Ken has expertise in all of its phases - including land, livestock and equipment.

KW Auctions began in 1993. We have worked with other auctioneers and real estate professionals around the country. We also have buyers from many different areas looking to buy properties large and small.

RECENT RESULTS:
At auction we sold out some developments that had several unsold lots near Austin, San Antonio and Houston. Everything sold and brought more than the Sellers expected. We also had a very nice music store retirement liquidation auction and a very large two day auction for a hardware and lumber facility including the real estate.

We will be a very reliable fiduciary for you on liquidating an estate. We have years of experience in selling real property as well as all types of personal property. Right now we have over 400 acres of land 25 miles South of Dallas for sale to liquidate two different estates.
